Healthy Eating, Movement, & Habit-Building

About This Drop-In Class

Empowerment through healthy eating and living. Many people live with chronic conditions and often receive the advice to “eat better” and “exercise more.” But what does that mean? And why is it so important? Will “eating better” and “exercising more” really help improve your conditions? When we look at chronic conditions through a functional medicine lens, eating better and exercising more can and will help your symptoms improve. We will discuss generally what a healthy diet looks like and ways that lifestyle change can be sustainable and empowering.

What to bring: Notebook and pencil or pen.
