About This Class

Introduction to the Functional Medicine framework and how we think about bone health. In this class we will discuss where our current medical system excels and where there are some places for improvement. We will define what functional medicine is and talk about the benefits of using this approach for chronic conditions. We will then use this lens to explore what you can do to help have healthy resilient bones.
